This year has been a whirlwind! We've had healing, betrayal, restoration, misunderstandings, blessings, grief, elation beyond belief, & the lowest of lows. Each one of these has given us (I mean Zak and me) a chance to get even closer and develop an even stronger relationship with God.
We moved back to SC in May after quickly renting our house in Ohio out to a very nice family. The summer was a hot, and often rocky one, but it ended with the birth of our son Thomas Baxley Willis on August 2. We call him Baxley or Beau. He is such a bright light in this trial. So far he is a mama's boy and I love it! He's such a snuggler. Zak is thrilled to have another boy.
We're still on the job hunt for Zak, but nothing yet. He's applied for over 80 jobs and has had two interviews in 9 months. We know that God has that special one for us, and in the meantime we are going to cling to His promises, stick to our budget, continue forgiving, and enjoy the time we have together.
